Deposit Policy

$50 per person deposit is due at the time of booking. Your spot is not confirmed until confirmation of deposit is received. The deposit goes toward the trip amount; for example, if the trip was $250 and you paid the $50 deposit, $200 will be due on the day of the trip.

The deposit is due as soon as you receive the invoice via email or text. Deposits can be taken over the phone for convenience as well. Payment is through Square, taken via Credit/Debit Card. All major credit cards are accepted. Deposits are refundable with a 10 day notice or as noted in the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • 10 day advanced cancellation is required for a full refund
  • 5 day notice 50% of the entire cost of the trip due
  • 72 hours or less, Charged in full for the entire trip
  • NO SHOW charged in full with no refund

Credit Card information is needed before the trip is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation, the card will be charged according to the Cancellation Policy.

If we can fill your spot, you will be awarded a 100% refund. If the captain cancels your trip for safety reasons, you will be awarded a 100% refund or given the option to reschedule at a later date. These cancellations are mainly because of rough seas and high winds.
